In order to log into the BaDoink Application, download files BaDoink application needs access to the Internet. Certain security programs such as Firewalls, may block "unknown" applications from accessing the Internet. Usually when you run BaDoink for the first time you will get a prompt alerting you that there is a new application that is trying to access the Internet and it will ask you whether to allow or block access. You must allow BaDoink to access the Internet or you may not be able to log into the application.

If you do not received an automatic prompt and you are experiencing problems logging in, you may have to setup your Firewall settings manually to allow BaDoink the access it needs.

We have compiled a list of common Firewall applications that you may have on your system. Choose the one you have installed for detailed instructions on how to give the proper access to BaDoink:

If you believe you have setup your Firewall properly and you are still having problems connecting to other users on the Internet, it may be that you are using a router on your network which is blocking access to certain ports.
